Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date confirmed by your tracking information.

Condition: We accept returns on certain items ONLY. 

• We DO NOT accept returns/refunds for items you change your mind on, there must be something wrong with the product, or sizing etc in order to return.

Shipping: Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and you will be liable to pay for the return costs.

• Personalised: Personalised items are NOT eligible for a refund.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Timeline: Please allow 7–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

• Clearance items

• Gift cards

• Personalised Items

Lost or Stolen Packages

Lili Beauty is not responsible for packages confirmed as "Delivered" by the carrier that are subsequently lost or stolen. If your tracking indicates delivery but you have not received your order, we recommend the following:

1. Verify the delivery area and check with neighbors.

2. Contact Evri or Royal Mail directly to initiate a claim.

3. Reach out to our support team, and we will be happy to assist you in coordinating with the courier.

Shipping & Delivery

Order Tracking -

Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details.

Updates: Please allow 48 to 72 hours for the carrier’s system to update with the latest tracking information.
